Important Reminders

  • TRASH- Trash is picked up EVERY Monday by Frontier Waste Solutions. Trash needs to be bagged and in a trash can. Trash cans are offered though Frontier for $3.95 a month added to your monthly water bill, or you can purchase your own. Due to ongoing complaints our City Code Enforcement Officer will be keeping a close eye on this issue. If there is an ongoing issue, he can issue a citation. Please do your part in keeping our city clean.
  • PERMITS- Permits are required for garage sales, storage sheds, fences, pools, and many other renovations. If you are planning on making any improvements, contact City Hall to find out if it requires a permit. Most permits are approved and issued in the office once the fee has been paid.
  • GRASS- As the weather gets nicer the grass gets taller. This is a situation that Code Enforcement does watch closely. Keep your grass and yard maintained to avoid a citation from Code Enforcement.
  • SEWER- Our Public Works Department works diligently to ensure proper maintenance on our sewer systems. Please be mindful of things that are going down the drains. DO NOT FLUSH: Wipes (even flushable), Feminine Products, Grease of any kind, Diapers, Medications, or other products that can clog the system.

Water Bill Payments

Water bills are due the 10th of every month. Late fees are applied the 11th of the month unless the 10th falls on a weekend or Holiday that the office is closed. If the office is closed the first business day will be a grace period and late fees will be applied the following business day.
